For life after a GLP-1

Stopped your GLP-1? Hold the line.

Keeptrim Today: day 62 since you stopped, 179.7 lb seven-day average, in your band
The band

A band, not a number.

Weight moves every morning, by a pound or two, for reasons that rarely matter. Keeptrim sets a band around a weight you choose and follows your 7-day average, so one salty dinner never reads as failure.

In your band, near the top, or above it. That is the whole question, answered at a glance.

01 · CHECK-IN

Two sliders. Ten seconds.

Each day, rate your appetite and how loud food noise was, from 0 to 10. They are your own ratings, not measurements. Their value is the trend.

  • Protein in palm-sized servings, not a food diary
  • Streaks for check-ins, protein and strength
  • A reminder at the time you pick, if you want one
Today's check-in: appetite 5, food noise 3, and protein 50 of 100 grams
02 · TRENDS

Appetite and weight, side by side.

Your 7-day average inside your band, with both edges labeled and the day you stopped marked. Underneath, appetite and food noise over the same weeks, so you can read one against the other.

  • 30 days, 90 days, or everything since you stopped
  • Weigh-ins from you, your scale, or Apple Health
  • No projection curve, no goal flag, no countdown

03 · STRENGTH

Strength, three times a week.

Three guided 20-minute sessions a week at home, with weights you already own. Squat, hinge, press and carry, building over twelve sessions. The screen stays awake while you train.

  • Your days, set once in your plan
  • Each movement explained in plain words
  • Saved to Apple Health as a strength workout
Strength: the next session, Legs and push, and this week's three sessions
04 · REVIEW

One review every Sunday.

Your week on one screen: where your average sits in your band, what appetite did, which habits held. Then one thing to focus on next week. Never a list of ten.

  • Check-ins, protein days and strength sessions, counted
  • Plain sentences, not a score
  • Every past week kept, to look back on
Review: 179.7 pounds inside the band, appetite, habits, and one focus for next week
Early warning

A quiet heads-up, once.

When your 7-day average moves above the top of your band, with at least three weigh-ins behind it, Keeptrim tells you once and suggests a check-in with your prescriber. Then it stays quiet for a week.

How Keeptrim works

It records. It never advises.

Your decisions stay yours

Keeptrim never tells you to stop, start, restart or change a medication. Those decisions belong to you and your prescriber.

Questions

Before you start.

Anything else? Write to support@keeptrim.app.

Is Keeptrim medical advice?

No. Keeptrim is a tracking and habit app. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it never tells you to stop, start, restart or change a medication. If your weight, appetite or how you feel worries you, contact your prescriber, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.

Who is it for?

People who have stopped a GLP-1 such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, are tapering, or are planning to stop with their prescriber. If you are still taking one and want a daily log, our sister app Umber is built for that.

How is my band set?

Around a weight you choose, usually your weight when you stopped, with a width you can change in your plan. Keeptrim compares it with the average of your last seven days of weigh-ins, never with a single morning.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up and no password. Everything you log is stored on your iPhone and in your own device backup.

Does it work with Apple Health?

Yes, if you want it to. Keeptrim can read your weight, lean mass, body fat and protein from Apple Health, and save your weigh-ins and strength sessions. You can turn it on or off in Settings.

What does Premium cost?

$39.99 a year after a 7-day free trial, or $9.99 a month, billed through the App Store. The band, check-in, protein and trends are free with no time limit.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Keeptrim starts on iPhone.
